为Hotaru和DayNight主题添加南极洲地区图片 ( #473 )

* 为Hotaru主题上传南极洲地区图片
发现Hotaru主题不能显示南极洲服务器的图片，
于是索性自己做了一张图片。
[原图](https://pan.006lp.top:5245/temp/nezha-AQ/aq.svg )已存档于我的网盘，由于是640*480分辨率，与主题文件夹下其他图片70*47不同，于是我通过PS先扩展成710*480分辨率再通过二次立方重新采样成70*47分辨率。
* 为daynight主题添加南极洲地区图片
由原图640*480扩展成700*480，再经过二次立方重新采样成35*24分辨率
