Update bridge_all.py (#1472)
删除 "chatgpt_website" 函数，从而不再支持域基于逆向工程的方法的接口，该方法对应的实现项目为：https://github.com/acheong08/ChatGPT-to-API/。目前，该项目已被开发者 archived，且该方法由于其实现的原理，而不可能是稳健和完美的，因此不是可持续维护的。
